General Information
- The Official working languages for COMESA Heads of State Summit will be: English, French and Arabic.
- The number of seats reserved for each delegation from the 21 Member States in the meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs is (1+4).
- The number of seats reserved for Member States in the closed session of the Summit of Heads of State and Government is (1+3).
- Attendance to the COMESA Business Forum and the plenary sessions of the Summit of Heads of State and Government is by invitation and guidelines for seating arrangement will be provided at the venue by ushers and protocol officers.
- The final programme for the Summit will be circulated to all participating countries and invited delegates by the Government of Kenya and the Secretariat.
